We do not provide refunds for subscriptions, as the fees are kept very low, and a free tier is offered for those wishing to try our services before subscribing. Exceptions are made in cases of duplicate payments or similar errors, with refunds issued accordingly.

We reserve the right to change the price of our subscriptions at any time. Any price changes will only apply to new subscriptions. Existing subscribers will not be subject to price increases.

We offer unlimited charts as part of our subscription. However, this is subject to a fair use policy. Although there are no set limits, we reserve the right to review usage and, in extreme cases, impose limits or additional charges.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance on, or update, our services at any time. While we aim to minimize disruptions, we cannot guarantee that our services will be available at all times or that any such updates or maintenance will not result in downtime.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by ChartBrick, its licensors, or other providers, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of subscription fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChartBrick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms, and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
